Our mailing list provider, Arctic.net has graciously added two more mailing lists for our guild to ease the traffic on the one we have now. Added was a list for administrators only (server leaders and officers) and one for guild announcements. The announce list will be mandatory for all members, and will be low volume, as only official guild announcements will be posted on this list. As well, it will be fully moderated, so if a member wishes to make a guild wide announcement, Sorontar will have to approve it before it gets posted. This way, many members who have unsubscribed from the open/discussion list because of too much volume, will be able to keep in touch with important guild news and events.
